At Sniper Automotive, Cash on Delivery (COD) is provided as a convenience for eligible products and locations. Since COD orders involve additional processing, shipping and cash-collection costs, the following terms apply.

By selecting 'Cash-On-Delivery' option on the Payment Options on the Product Page & 'Manual Payment' option on the Checkout Page you confirm that you have read and agreed to these COD Terms & Conditions.

1. COD Confirmation Advance
A COD confirmation advance is required to confirm your order. The amount varies by product and is clearly mentioned on the respective product page. It is generally around 10% of the total order value, but may vary depending on the product and order.
The advance is not an additional charge and will be adjusted against your final order value.

2. Why Are COD Charges Higher?
COD shipments generally cost more than prepaid shipments because courier companies may levy additional Cash Handling / COD Collection Charges for collecting payment from the customer and processing the collected amount.
These additional logistics and cash-handling costs are reflected in the COD charges applicable to your order.

3. Order Verification & Dispatch
After placing a COD order, Sniper Auto may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to verify the order.
An order will be dispatched only after the required advance has been received and the order has been successfully verified, subject to product availability and courier serviceability.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers placing COD orders must provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure that the shipment can be received and the balance amount paid at the time of delivery.
Refusal, non-acceptance or failure to receive a confirmed COD shipment may result in shipping and return costs being incurred by Sniper Auto and may affect COD availability for future orders.

5. COD Eligibility
COD is available only on eligible products and for serviceable delivery locations. Sniper Auto reserves the right to restrict or decline COD for certain products, locations or orders based on courier restrictions or operational requirements.

6. Product-Specific Terms
COD charges, advance requirements and other conditions may differ between products. Customers should always check the COD information displayed on the product page and at checkout before placing an order.
Where product-specific terms differ from these general terms, the terms displayed for that particular product/order will apply.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting Cash on Delivery and placing an order, you confirm that:
* You agree to pay the applicable COD advance and charges.
* You understand that the advance will be adjusted against your order value.
* You understand that COD involves additional shipping and cash-handling costs.
* You are placing the order with genuine intent to purchase and agree to accept the delivery.
